Liminal States - Prom

I was the on-set photographer for the short film Liminal States, filmed on location in the UK and Spain.

The film was based on (and designed to accompany the launch of) a book by US Author Zack Parsons. and is a genre-mashing historical sci-fi western horror.

The UK shoots were in Camber Sands, near Rye (standing in for WW2 Japan), and Millennium Mills, London Docklands (representing a dystopian 2006 Los Angeles).

For the 1874 New Mexico section of the book, The Tabernas desert in Almeria, Spain, was the nearest convenient European location to shoot. This same area was also notably used for many famous Spaghetti westerns by Sergio Leone in the late 1960s including the Good, The Bad and the Ugly and many others
